Resins, gels and casting
Our field is cartesian robots for dispensing and casting resins and gels. The robot moves the nozzle precisely over moulds and trays, with recipes and parameters managed from the operator panel.
Every machine is unique: it starts from your specification, not from an adapted off-the-shelf product.
What we fit
- Brushless motors and planetary gearboxes on every axis: precision and repeatability, with less wear over time. It costs more than a standard solution, and it is the choice we always recommend.
- Floor-standing frame in aluminium profiles, with loading trolley and guarding.
- Safety light curtains on operator access points.
- Our own panel and software designed together with the mechanics.
Turnkey
Every machine is tested by us and delivered turnkey, without the extra commissioning and customisation costs typical of off-the-shelf products. We take care of:
- mechanical design and construction
- control panel and on-machine wiring
- control software and operator interface
- testing and delivery
