Electrical engineering
We start from the problem and size every electromechanical component: protection, power, controls, safety.
Electrical drawings
Drawings are produced with IGE-XAO electrical CAD, with always up-to-date libraries. We deliver them complete, for maintenance over the years.
Wiring and assembly
We build with components from leading brands. Wires and components are marked with a thermal transfer printer: a tidy panel that is easy to read.
On-machine wiring
Wiring and connections directly on the machine, at your site or on location.
We work to the applicable CE standards. If your machine is going to the United States, we also build UL panels.

Panels for the European (CE) market, built and wired by us. Many jobs are confidential, so we only show a few examples.
Thyristor power control
To drive high-power electric resistive heaters we build panels with large thyristor power controllers. The PLC commands them over Profinet, so power regulation is handled by the same system that controls the process.
It is specialised work: high power, robust wiring and carefully sized protection.
