We develop the software that runs machines and plants: from the PLC program to the operator screens and supervision. We start from your specification and recommend the most suitable hardware and architecture.

How we work
We assess feasibility, ease of maintenance over time and cost-benefit ratio. We follow every stage of development ourselves, without relying on third parties, and we are in direct contact with hardware manufacturers.
PLC
Siemens: SIMATIC S7-1500, S7-1200 G2 and ET 200SP I/O, programmed with TIA Portal.
Schneider Electric: Modicon M241 with EcoStruxure Machine Expert.
Operator panels (HMI)
Siemens: SIMATIC HMI, including the Unified platform. Where needed we also keep previous generations.
Schneider Electric: panels developed with EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert.
SCADA
Siemens WinCC: process mimics, measurement trends, recipes, manuals and plant alarm handling.
Software and panel, under one roof
When we also build the control panel, the program is written for the hardware we installed: no hand-over and fewer surprises at commissioning.
We integrate drives, inverters and power controllers on the Profinet field bus, and connect the machine to the rest of the plant.
Good to know
We also write operator interface texts in English, useful for machines going abroad.
