What data we process and why

When you fill in the contact form we process your name, company, email address, subject and message, in order to reply to your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For security and operational reasons, the server hosting the site records technical browsing data such as the IP address. This data is managed by the hosting provider.

How long we keep the data

For as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship follows, for the periods required by law.

Who we share data with

Your data is not disclosed or sold to third parties. It is transmitted and stored on the hosting and email services of our provider, Aruba S.p.A., which processes it as data processor.

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not use cookies, whether for profiling or analytics, and does not load fonts or scripts from external services. The map on the Contact page is loaded from Google Maps only if you choose to display it: in that case Google may set its own cookies and process data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and request portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
